First you have to fill in an application form when there are vacancies available. Then, if you don't have the necessary qualifications, you have to do entrance exams. If u pass, or if u do have the qualifications needed, you may get called to attend a selection weekend, in which you do some physical tests,group presentations, written exams and group tasks. After this, you might get called for interviews, and if successful then you'll undergo an intensive 16 week traning course to become a Police Constable within the RGP.
