I wouldn't refer to it as 'stamps' so much as how much does it cost? To ascertain this amount simply go to the usps.com website then look under international where there's usually a table of sorts telling you how much the amount is in postage to mail whatever the weight of your item is. And just so you know, because people thing for some reason they need 'special' stamps or international stamps (do they have them specifically?) you CAN use regular plain old stamps that you use to mail letters from your house to the one next door or in the next state or states!! So once you know how much it will cost you then all you need to do is put stamps on the envelope & put it in your outbox. Provided, of course, you have stamps on hand!
The inmate must do 95 percent of the time they we're sentenced to.

I'm guessing that this facility is in New York state. If this is the case, go to the NYDOC site, and do an inmate look-up. Provide as much information as you know. See the link below.
You can find out how much time an inmate has served by contacting the prison or jail where they are incarcerated. You can request this information by providing the inmate's full name and inmate identification number. Additionally, some prisons and jails may have online databases where you can find this information.
