Just tell him. Don't be shy! Most guys like girls that aren't shy. It might be less awkward for you to tell him that hes hot than to tell him that you like him. Just be like "You're hot". Well, you can drop sudle hints like every now and then looking at him and smiling (but be careful not to do it to much you don't want to creep him out) if he is still not noticing you, you can move on and have a casual conversation if he still doesn't seem interested he's either really shy or isn't interested in you, but there is no reason to be nervous about him not liking you if you haven't really dated before it's best not to do in major flirting but just go about it casually and drop sudle hints! Well, to let a guy know you like him you need to flirt around or send notes 2 each other by asking him a question "who do you like" then maybe he will ask you what about you? that's your great timing to let him know that you like him or tell a friend to always say great things about you when he is around like saying "Isnt she bueatiful or she is a really great girl anybody would be happy if they had her..

Here is what i have always done, and so far, it has worked out everytime:

You become friends with them, and i dont just mean buddies, i mean FRIENDS like real close friends and then once you learn more about him, let HIM learn more about YOU thereby showing him what you like and dont like, which will give him a hint somewhere in the back of his head, even though he doesnt realize it. then you ask him out once you feel that this has started to work out. now it doesnt work for every guy im guessing so dont turn the idea down right away if it doesnt work this time..but im sure it will ... Keep starin at him sometime and once he loks at u stop and again stare he will be confused once he comes near ask him to b ur friend.. then slowly u can talk to him about ur liking
