Answeri hav lost about 16kg so far *YAY*! and ive done it through swimmin laps for bout an hour a day, 5days a week and eating small meals through out the day, no starving ma self, no throwing up simple excise and healthy eating, its only been about a month and already ive lose 16kg!I've been trying to do the same & swimming,yogurt,excerciseing doesnt work for me.So I'll say you should probaly do ZUMBA

Well the main thing to remember when losing weight is to stay healthy. Diet pills don't work just ask any doctor. Eat right and don't starve yourself. The main thing i am doing is eating less but still eating 3 times a day. Also the most important thing is to do exercise. do about 1-2 miles of walking every day and it will help greatly. You can walk it all at once or walk it in total over the day, it is all the same. So in short just watch what you eat, no soft drinks or diet soft drinks and exercise.
eat healthy, fruits and vegtables are good for you . also , to lose weight you have to move get some excersize once in awhile go run,jog,dance,and zumba are great ways to lose weight they are also very fun .
