You can make your static inverter to maintain 400Hz by means of compare the generated frequency of your inverter with the reference buildin frequency generator which is called local oscillator or multivibrator which is fixed at 400 Hz. If your inverter generate frequency grater or less than 400Hz then the comparison between the reference frequency and the generate frequency will produce the error signal to reduce or increase the generated frequence and send it out. This is the principle operation of the Electrical Power Generation System. Post this answer by : tassana.e@thaiairways.com
An inverter that consists of a DC-motor driving a AC-Generator.
Static Frequency converter is a static device with power electronic component such as scrs etc
The radio frequency was full of static.
Static frequency converter
it converts single phase ac to 3 phase ac we use it insteed of arno
Quasi statics refers to forces or displacements which vary slowly with time. A force is considered to vary slowly if the frequency of variation is much lower than the lowest natural frequency of the system it is applied to. Basically means the "static" but nowt exactly static.

static friction
The small spark created by the contact of the switch created radio frequency waves that happen to included the frequency of your radio.
Your question is pretty open.. depends on the frequency, it can be slow or it could be fast
Hi there are a few options. The one I chose was to use a VFD (variable frequency drive). First though if you want to run off true lower voltage you will need to check that the motors can be reconfigured to run as delta instead of star. If you look at the motor plate this should give you some idea. If you are lucky the motor terminals will have links that let you move them to reconfigure. If not you will have to research further on the net. If you use a vfd instead of a rotary or static inverter then you will have to connect the output of this directly to the motor ie with no switches in between. All the control like forward, reverse etc are them controlled as low voltage inputs to the inverter. With a rotary or static inverter it is possible to feed the output of these inverters to the supply of the existing wiring but motor voltages and contractors may not work on the reduced supply.
Muscle contraction can be: Concentric, Eccentric, Static.
