You can make brown paint with a bit of blue and lots of red and yellow. (the primary colours).
To make brown with a tint of red, you just add more red depending on how red you want your brown. If that makes sense.
You add an equal amount of green paint. This is the same as adding half as much of both yellow and blue paint. This means that if you have 2 pumps of red paint you can add either 2 pumps of green paint OR 1 pump of yellow paint and 1 pump of blue paint.
