You could mix it with a little water and some highly pigmented glitter. Pigment means small pieces btw.

Here's what ya do: Buy a container of shimmery eye shadow, and it should be a real light color - gold would work, off-white like a pearl is, something like that. When you do your eyes, apply all the eyeshadow you normally wear then, before you do your liner, use a large fluffy shadow brush to apply a light coat of shimmer shadow from lashline to browbone.
No, it will just make colored Vaselline
mix water in it
Matte makeup is makeup with no sparkle or shimmer. Hope i helped!!
Yes, the Coastal Scents 88 matte palette is used for eyeshadow. You can still put eyeshadow anywhere on your face! It doesn't have to be on your eyes! (i.e. I saw a person with eyeshadow on her lips!) Hope this helped!
theres no 144.. but theres an 88 which is 18.95 for the originaL
u should where a color that matches your outfit or a nice brown color,or even a shimmer color!
Jojoba oil can b used, about 6-9 drops depending on if it is matte to about 3/4 of a teaspoon
We can use silica content at the place of mica content to make eyeshadow.
no not at all
When doing your eye makeup, use a darker eyeshadow to contour the eye to create a "crease". Also, apply a highlight color (a lighter color than your skin tone) to the middle of the eye and right below the eyebrow to create space between the lashes and the crease. I suggest using a matte color, which means no shimmer, as the crease color, and a shimmery color as a highlight. This will add more dimension.
Yes! the trick is get a natural ivory CREME concealer (has to be creme you can use with the tip of your finger to apply!) and swipe it on from lashline to brow (creating highlighting effect) and right under the eye. don't apply eyeshadow with this trick unless its ivory shade or just shimmer (shimmer works best, highly recommded to buy some for this pale-eye trick!)
