Depending on what's wrong with your rabbit, you might be able to save it by bringing it immediately to a vet with experience and knowledge in treating rabbits. You can give the rabbit first aid until the vet takes over - ask people on online rabbits forums for help and advice about your specific case (see links below).
There are a few things you can do. Allow them to get exercise by letting them out of their cage or hutch each day. If you have outdoor rabbits, put a pen outside their hutch so they have an area to run around and play in. Just make sure they don't dig tunnels that lead outside of the pen. If you have indoor rabbits, keep an eye on them when they are out of their cages to make sure they don't get into anything that they're not supposed to get into. Rabbits also like to be given a variety of vegetables and fruits, such as apples, carrots, and kale. They will probably be happier the more time you spend with them, too.
You can give it treats, like fruit and veg, rabbit yoghurt/chocolate drops. give your rabbit some toys to play with, did you ever think your rabbit could be sad, bored or lonely? get an old phone book for it to chew, or a paper bag, the rabbit will walk into it and dig and you will be surprised how long they can entertain themselves.i give my rabbit and old cling film or foil tube. you can also buy rabbit tiys form pet shops. Another way is to make a 'house' out of a cardboard box and add two entrences as they like that and windows, they like to chew them, you could add a tube so they can climb threw.
Baby rabbits can be kept alive by allowing them to wean naturally, and then by taking care of them properly. See the related questions below for more details and helpful links. Feed your rabbit and love it!
Love. Lots and lots of love.
Give him/her her favorite treats (healthy ones that won't make him/her sick, which would make him/her feel worse)
Give him/her lots of attention. If it doesn't hurt or make him/her feel worse, hold it as well.
Have you been to a veterinarian? If not, take your rabbit to a licensed veterinarian and see if they can help. Maybe the issue can be solved and perhaps your rabbit's health can turn around. Otherwise, just give him or her lots AND LOTS of love. No loud music, yelling, sudden movements or noises, or movies/TV that are loud, obnoxious, or scary if you're going to hold your rabbit while watching TV or a movie. Talk nice, speak softly.
Remember: lots of love. Love is the greatest thing!
You can place a warm hot water bottle and a wind up clock. Some take to a small stuffed animal pal.

Baths can be dangerous for rabbits. Healthy rabbits, including outside ones, keep themselves clean and don't require baths. If your rabbit needs a bath, something is wrong -- either the rabbit is sick and needs a vet, or you should improve the rabbit's living conditions. If you need to bathe a rabbit, follow certain precautions to keep the rabbit safe. See the related question below about bathing rabbits for details and link -- it applies to outside rabbits as well.
