This is a question that comes up fairly frequently on this site in various forms. I have often advised people, and will advise you as well, that all the devices, drugs, or techniques that are sold for the purpose of making your penis larger are fraudulent and will not work.
Furthermore, there is nothing wrong with the size of your penis. Sexual satisfaction and success do not depend upon penis size, but upon the quality of the relationships that you form, your good judgment in choosing a partner (or partners), your skill, empathy, and your body as a whole, not just your reproductive organs. Do not become obsessed with the size of your penis.

∙ 13y agoNothing you "eat" can make your penile erection larger. There are products sold on the market that claim the pills can improve function and size. There are medical prescriptions that can assist in that area too, such as the famous Viagra and Cealis. Do not believe anyone's claim that a certain food can help. That is a myth. The erection is "driven" by hormones and a genital system that must be functioning correctly. It is not controlled by any food nutrients to produce a certain size or shape. Only hormones and the blood system do that. (and genetics)
See a doctor if you are suffering from a specific size problem. It could be a medical reason has caused the penile size to be affected. Men often fail to realize your cardiovascular system can cause problems, Diabetes will cause problems and so can a prostate problem.
