You realy can't have max aspiration points on any sims 2 or 3 or 1,because there just isint a thing like that for them.But I just usually use a code for them.To get the code you have to open up the cheat window which you do by pressing at the same time ctrl+shift+c.I cabn't remember the code but you can just type in 'help' and all the cheats should come up.

You will be pleased to find there is a way to unlock those career rewards- it all starts by summoning the cheat box with Ctrl+Shift+C and typing in "boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true" (without quotations, of course). Upon right clicking any Sim, there's all sorts of things to do from promote them to the top of the career ladder without doing anything to modifying their aspiration points. You might want to look around for a bit around the Career selection (I don't remember the exact way) but once you find the rewards panel, you can unlock every one of them without your Sim working at all!
