# Eat 1200 calories a day so you won't build extra fat and more

calories than needed # Jog, Run, Power walk to burn calories from

fat # Do crunches everyday or twice a day # Drink alot of water and

sometimes you can use like crystal light packets in your water like

there are different kinds so for faster metabolism which will give

you more energy and that will also help with the crunches and the

Jogs. Put down the Big Mac's.
