How can you make yourself stop touching your face?
Since the CDC told us to stop, I’ve touched my face more than I have in my whole life. Any tips?
I am I HUGE nail biter. Sometimes I barely even notice when i'm doing it. Even my family is tired of me biting my nails. My solution is to wear something to cover the most common part I touch my face with ,my mouth for example I wear a mask over it. I mean I am no expert in these things but it really has helped me these past few weeks. (especially since COVID-19 is going around). hope I could help.
rub cayenne pepper on your hands and you will stop touching face real quick, habenaros work even better
Think about all the germs and grossness on your hands, and do something productive with your fingers to get rid of any energy. Also, if you need to get rid of an itch, use the back of your wrist or your shoulder.
Wear gloves and at least your naked fingers/hands won't cause any potential health issues.
Either that or wear a balaclava!
If you want to stop yourself by touching face, than it is good to wear mask on face or wrap a handkerchief around face.
I can stop myself from touching anything( I will give you 2 tips) 1. get a shoelace and ask your auntie, dad, sister, brother to tie it to you! 2. By looking at gross videos like somebody vomiting and I know how disgusting that is.
I usually just sit on my hands because I don't have the brain energy to tell myself something to stop me. But, if I'm typing, I'm gonna have to type with my feet
I just use my shirt if I need to scratch my nose! I taught kindergarten and this helped to keep germs from spreading.
You use a plastic pointer thing you get at the dollar store and use that instead of your own finger.

I fix this by sitting on my hands. Weird, but it works 99% of the time for me. Hope this helps!
But It's too hard, unfortunately differently everyone touch their face even 4 or 5 times in hour.
Just sit on your hands...if its hard,try to image that you have no hands.I know,its sad,but it works for me!
I could sit on my hands, or put lotion on my face to a. moisturize and b. I wouldn't want to touch my face and get lotion all over my hands and fingers and possibly inside my nails
Slap yourself everytime you get close until it becomes a habit, and eventually youll think twice about it :D
What u guys or girls should do is think of your had as the nastiest thing and if it touches ur face u will get thee Corona Virus or any other sickness u don't wont to het hope I helped. Also don't be to close to people or big crowd. Doucs yawl
Think about this .... if you touch ur face you may have more chances of death a earlier one and you collect so many germs from your hand and if you touch your head all the germs will go on you face and then to your body and that’s how corona virus 🦠 happens .
what you need to do is put chili on your hand and every time you touch your body it will burn you,
or just know that if you touch your body you will have the coronavirus
I usaully just go and do somthing else or eat somthing-_-;-). Or go do something that makes me happy
I would distract yourself and not look in the mirror. That way you won't want to touch the face Occupy your hands with something else.

you put some makeup on and that way everytime you touch ur face, you'll feel the make, up and that you know ur gonna ruin it .-.

It is impossible to stop touching our face. The best thing that could save us from getting infected with the deadly virus is to keep our hands 100% clean and free from germs and viruses all the time then touching our face won’t give us any problem.
this might be weird, but tape ur hands to a chair or hand-cuff ur hands behind u
fart on your hand and you will be disgusted and you wont touch it easy and simple :)
