You can reduce it by removing some clothing, using cool wet cloths on the forehead or aspirin. However, there are good reasons not to lower temperatures unless they are above 103F. The body makes use of the higher temperature to fight off the microbe causing the illness. So by lowering if before you need to, hinders your body's fight.

To reduce body sweat reduce the rigorousness of your exercise, exrcise in a cooler location, wear cooler clothing

If you have unusual amounts of sweat even when not engaged in activity, try anti-perspirant, some kinds cut down your sweating. If that does not od enough, consult a Doctor Who may be able to prescribe medication for you.
