1. Open Notepad
2. Click "File" in the Upper Left Hand Corner
3. Scroll down to "Open"
4. Go to your "Pictures" File [or Wherever The Image is]
5. Change from viewing only ".txt" files to "All Files" down below
6. Double Click the Image You want to open And Presto!
It won't appear as an image it will appear as Text instead
You can do this by right clicking on the jpg file then click open with then notepad. If notepad isn't there click choose default program then look in the long list of programs for notepad
The "Open with" window gives you the option of selecting which program to use to open the file you have selected. jpeg is not listed because jpeg is a file format, not a program. I think the easiest way is to open the jpeg in Paint and save it as a bitmap.
You can use notepad to open the source code file again. Open the folder it is in. Right click on it and pick Open With and choose Notepad.
