1. Open Notepad
2. Click "File" in the Upper Left Hand Corner
3. Scroll down to "Open"
4. Go to your "Pictures" File [or Wherever The Image is]
5. Change from viewing only ".txt" files to "All Files" down below
6. Double Click the Image You want to open And Presto!
It won't appear as an image it will appear as Text instead

∙ 12y agoYou can do this by right clicking on the jpg file then click open with then notepad. If notepad isn't there click choose default program then look in the long list of programs for notepad
