well, there are many methods, the one i find the best is you take and eye drop container and make sure it has been cleaned with hot water, then have someone who is clean hasn't smoked or done any drugs) urinate into a cup or bowl doesn't matter than suck up the urine into the eye drop container and when you take the test fill the container with the eye drop urine. or I'm not quite sure if this works put chlorine into your urine when you take the test.

∙ 11y agoIf you have been smoking for one week and you're going to have your test in a month, to be on the safe side, don't do anything until after you take your test. Chances are heavily in your favor that you will pass the test.
Drug test your self using home test kit ( one panel THC test kit) you can be fine. Look at your local pharmacy.

∙ 13y agoYou don't... just kidding, but you have your work cut out for you, I would break out all the stops, drink water non-stop, sweat as much as possible, you need to completely flush out your system, hell, I would even give drinking vinegar a shot. Good luck, you are going to need it...
