If you've already used drugs, you could shave your head, but don't do this immediately before a drug test because then you'll have to explain why you shaved your head just before a drug test, and also, who said it had to be hair from your head that they use for the test?
You could always shave your entire body. Good luck explaining that. If you suddenly show up for work or your parole meeting slick as a cue ball all over, it doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to figure out you're probably trying to hide something; you might as well get a tattoo that says "why yes, officer, I DO use drugs" while you're at it. However, if you do it NOW and also stop using drugs, that will go a long way towards passing them future follicle drug tests.
