You cannot play as Mewtwo in SSBB. However, the glitch below can allow you to play, at least for a brief period, as Bonsly.
My Glitch: Me and my cousin were in brawl. My cousin was Ice Climbers and I was Lucario. he got a party ball and two pokeballs came out. He threw his first and got Gardevoir. I threw my pokeball at him while he was in the shield. It backfired and it flew back at me and out came Bonsly. I threw Bonsly at him while he was in the middle of the edge of the shield and I was suddenly playing as Bonsly!
