There should be a cable and CD that came with the phone, both of which go into the computer. Install the phone onto the computer from the CD and when you plug the phone into the computer you should be able to click and drag music from files to your phone.
There are ways of getting music onto a computer without downloading from the internet. You could record music direct onto your computer. You could copy it from a CD to your computer.
