There's the Lord's prayer, there's all the different prayers that Jesus prayed, and there's simply saying "Dear Jesus..." and whatever is on your mind (yes Jesus listens to every little thing even, "Dear Jesus, I'm sad. Amen") and finish with an Amen. It's really not very hard.
