well you start the day before cos its more believable. you say you dont feel well, eat half your food, say you have stomach ache and go to bed early. the next morning, really early, like 3 or something, get up and go to the bathroom. shut door, and make gagging retching noises. wipe your mouth as you come out, then go back to bed. get up again in about 1 hour, and do the same again. get up in morning and act wobbly and tired. say you feel sick. eat some food, but stop after a few mouths and say you are not hungry and feel sick. go to the bathroom and make coughing noises. say you felt like you would be sick. then say that you think you were sick in the night, but you dont remember too well. then, halfway through conversation, rush upstairs and make loud gagging noises. come back down and say you were sick again. make sure you flush toilet before going down. act shaky and make your face pale with talcum powder or something.
