How can you prevent using fossil fuels?

We are making diesel and petrol by burning fossil fuels. And with these petrol and things we are driving and vehicles and using these things release toxic gases in to the atmosphere which are causing global warming . So it is better to use bicycles or walk to nearby places without using vehicles.

In cities they use fossil fuels to make electricity too. So you can reduce the amount of electricity and vehicles you are using. You can switch off the fans and lights when not in use, use more efficient lights, wash once in a while in hands without washing machines, switch off the mixtures, t.v, radio or anything else or if you have money you can use renewable resources. eg: when you put solar cells on your roof it takes the sun's rays and transform to electricity.
