Clean & Clear Daily Face Wash is very good. In the past I have tried Boots: Natural Collection which is extremely poor and Neutrogena which resulted in a skin infection! So my personal best would be Clean & Clear as it leaves your skin smooth but not dry or oily in the morning. And it stands as being clinically proven to prevent breakouts and to UNclog poors and I believe that it does stand by this.
If your face gets oily sometimes that is just a normal reaction that your skin has and you have to take measures to take the oil off your face while in school, so it does not remain so for the whole day. If your skin does gets oily while you are out of your home, you can always use the oil removing sheets that they sell at CVS or any other generic store. Usually they are very cheap and you can remove the oil from your face. You can also use normal tissue paper or napkins but they might be harsher on your face.
If you eat any junk foods, your face will get oily, and oil clogs pores so that's why eating junk food is associated with acne... if you don't wash your hair for 1 or 2 days it'll get oily. Some people's hair just gets oily faster, or more oily depending on the shampoo they use. Sometimes if you put too much conditioner in, your hair will seem really oily. But the only thing I can think of that'll make it really oily ''all of a sudden'' is if you put oil in it yourself. Haha :) But I don't know how long you meant, so I hope I helped :)
if you touch your face the stuff on your hands might do that. or you play sports and sweat alot

wash your face with a mild soap twice a day- morning n night and be sure to blot your face dry with a CLEAN and DRY towel. Some face washes claim to help as well. A lot of it is caused from bad eating habits, genetics and/or other habits. Ingesting oily or not so Natural foods can contribute to oily skin as well. Be aware of what you eat and don't touch your face (where the black heads are) it will only clog the pore more. Also, if the black heads get out of control go have a facial done w/ a professional or see your doctor for medications.
