First make a list of those unimportant things...they may just pop back up out of no where, ask a adult to help you understand why those things are puzzling you...other than that try some other activity like swimming or art, or dancing......so that those " unimportant thigs don't pop back up in your head" in other worda try to diverse your attention into something else....
