As in most Microsoft (and Windows & other OS) applications), Ctrl + P will print the active document. An alternative is to find the [Print] menu under the [ File ] menu or wherever it is located in the version of Excel you are using and print form there.
To print worksheets from Study Island, you can go to the "Print Worksheet" option within the assignment or resource you want to print. Once you click on it, a printable version of the worksheet will open in a new window, and you can use your browser's print function to print the worksheet.

The default option is to only print the current worksheet when you print. In the Print dialog box there is an option to tell it what you want to print, even down to selected cells only.

No. Go To allows you to go to different parts of worksheet or workbook. It is not for previewing it. You would use Print Preview for that purpose.
