First, you can't really use imbecile and jerk in the sentence because both are nouns and it would not be correct. You could use imbecilic jerk. But since both words have the same basic meaning, it would be redundant, and that's not good either.

What you could say is something like, "Why don't you let that cut under your nose heal, you loutish cretin?"

*Since this is a form of direct address, the only way to use it is as a quote. And as it is both rude and colloquial, one would assume the speaker is likewise a "jerk."
