am i correct in that your question is how to raise up a child in a good way? I know the answer to that one. Raise up any child in the knowledge that God IS and God loves him/her. Find a Bible church who has children/youth groups to asist you. All through the earliest days of a child's life he/she must hear us thanking God(not cursing Him) Our children should know that when something good happens it is the blessing of God--and NOT "LUCKY". Also when a disaster hits somewhere and the news media calls it an act of God--NO WAY: correction--that was not an act of God, God is love only. There are evil forces in the earth that are responsible for the bad. You probably have to start by retraining yourself!! In order to teach our children right we have to have that right belief for ourselves.
No, it was made for child safety.
Parenting is more important thing to do. As the mental growth of the child is based on the parenting. If the parenting is good the child will grow in good way if not it will not help out in the child's growth and sometimes it may lead to child turn in a negative character. Every child needs good parenting. The way parents talk and teach the child will bring the child in the good way.
as a child, it is the way on how to became a good person and how to care our nature.

Rear as in to rear a child.
I would think that it is. Since it distracts your child and keeps them busy instead of having them in harms way.
Is the motor getting power? is the regulator working? The rear windows will not go all the way down. It is a child protection thing. They will only roll down half way.
There is only one way and that is to go to court. Having a good lawyer helps.
I don't believe 'mad' is a good way to describe him. He is like a child in a man's body, and approaches things in a very naive and child-like way.
yes cause spanking is a good way to show that you hate that child
Do you mean, "arrearage?" The answer is, no.
The impact of a deploying airbag striking a rear-facing child seat could result in severe injury or death to the child
