To record the PS3 or Xbox 360 you need a device that will be able to record after it leaves the PS3 or Xbox 360 A/V connection. Then so you can see the audio and video to play the game that device needs to be able to output to a TV system. I'm told that some media center PCs that include TV A/V connections can both record and show the video and audio signals from a game console. It can not be done with a S video cable on my system because I do not have S Video inputs on my Media Center Computer

No, there isn't. This camera doesn't have any USB connector built in. You have a S-Video output, AV mini-jack output and a mini-minijack for power. The only way to connect it is through minijack-AV cable or through Svideo-Svideo cable.

How do you connect the laptop to the tv?

Look on the side or the back of your machine for a SVIDEO out port. If it has...buy the SVIDEO out cable that connects to your TV's or projector's RCA-in. You can also buy what is called a VGA adapter. This is a much better device as it is a multi-port device and it plugs into your VGA port of your machine...normally blue in color where you connect a monitor to) on the side or back of machine. The VGA adapter connects VGA-in and RCA-out to TV or projector. Both these items are available. Can you use your home tv as a second monitor?

If your computer has a Svideo output, it simply a case of plugging a cable between your TV and PC and selecting desktop spanning in your graphics settings. If your TV and graphics card have a spare VGA port, you can set up a far higher quality link by using the same method as before, except with a VGA cable.
