Everybody gets headaches at least once in their life.

If it is just a minor headache...It will go away on it's own.

If it is Medium....take a pill.

If it is really bad...consider a doctor.

If it's so bad you have it every day for over a year, see a massage therapist.

That's what I had to do. And my headaches are starting to go away.

A couple of the main reasons for a headache, is loudness, stress, and muscles.

SO, try these. If none work.....it's all up to praying and God.

Don't forget that along with these methods Pray to God and ask for his help.

The headaches come from tight muscles in the neck and shoulders, so finding a way to relax them helps. Rolling your shoulders, neck stretches, and moving away from your work for a break helps. Also, there is EFT, which is a way to tap your face and lymph nodes--sounds and looks weird, but it can make a difference! You tap with your finger tips, much as your doctor used to tap during an examination, until the area is no longer sore. I tap the left eyebrow area, the opposite cheekbone, the collarbone and under the arm. Then do the right eyebrow, the left cheekbone, left collarbone and under the arm. Calmly do this until no soreness/headache remains.

For GUYS use vaseline and turn out the lights.

I would suggest changing the way you sleep at night to find something that supports your neck better. You can also stretch your neck out by first letting your head completely hang toward the floor and then rolling it first to the right in a full circle, and then back to the left in another full circle. Another possibility is getting someone to rub your neck to loosen the muscles. Also try to lessen the amount of activities that you do that create that tension.

One of the best ways to get rid of tension headaches are to prevent them. You can prevent them by making sure your have good posture and that your work is not stressing. When you do come down with a tension headache, a good massage with heat to relax the muscles will ease the headache.
