The more files at the same time, the more convenient of switching at a fast speed. But at the cost of Memory Usage.
You must use a batch file renamer to do that. Faster Rename is the best one I've ever tried. The program supports a lots of tags, including <date-modified> and <time-modified>. You can download it at http://www.namefaster.com/
You can have more than one output-file opened in the same time, see manuals of functions fopen, fclose, fwrite, fprintf, ...
either open a new tab or open a new window. these are usuall found under the file menu or file>new.
If it is a locked file or folder, then you could get the program Unlocker. Or rename it if you can and it won't load next time -- then you can remove it after rebooting. If it is a suspicious running process, then use Regedit to see if it is being loaded and delete the entry. Malware often has gibberish for file names.
The time depends on what is to be downloaded. If the size of the file is greater than more time would be taken.
