Please see the related links below for a link to the Blizzard support site for the mobile authenticator FAQ. It will explain things to you.
To get an Authenticator code for your Battle.net account, you need to open the Battle.net Authenticator app on your mobile device. Once you launch the app, it will display a time-sensitive code that you can use to log in to your account. If you no longer have access to the Authenticator app, you can remove it by logging into your Battle.net account on a web browser and following the prompts to disable it, which may require answering security questions or receiving a verification email.
In order to set up an authenticator with a battle.net account, you first log in to your account. You will find under your World of Warcraft game the option to add an authenticator. It will ask you to fill in the serial number found on the back of the authenticator. Once this is done, the process is complete.
If you have lost your authenticator, you will have to call Blizzard Billing during office hours. They are the only ones that can remove an authenticator if you have lost it. You can also try contacting a CM on the official wow forums in the customer support area, but you still will probably have to call Blizzard Billing to complete it.
