Why would you want to? You used that water to clean something that was dirty and that dirt gets trapped in the water, and thus making the water dirty.
Well I guess if you have plants or something you could use that water on the plants, but other than that there is no reason to reuse it.

if is a concrete slab floor and it has linoleum on it then clean the lino let it dry and use that as your water barrier/underlayment. if it a raised foundation then use wonderboard!

Ammonia and water can be used to remove haze from a wood floor. Do not soak the floor, use a damp mop with this mixture to clean the floors and get rid of the haze.
I use dish soap and a little vinegar in a bucket filled with water, works good.
You should not clean a bamboo floor with a steamer. The steamer will provide too much moisture. You should use a damp cloth to clean a bamboo floor.
Best way to do that is cleaning it with vacuum cleaner then if it has stain use a rag and a little water to clean the stain. Just remember don't immerse it in water.
