there are several ways to do it. the most simplest of all that u can try is to swab toothpaste on sensitive areas before you sleep.Try that out first for a couple of days, see how you go with that. If that doesn't work, you might wanna try sensodyne, toothpaste designed for sensitive teeth. another product to try is tooth mousse, which you can get from your dentist. if that still doens't work, then you may want to consult a dentist as the problem might be more serious, eg. requiring professional flouride application or sealing with filling material.

Options for this will include professional or at home whitening. The professionals will be able to safely whiten your teeth with the knowledge of how to whiten sensitive teeth. However, this can be quite expensive. The at home teeth whitening kits are much cheaper, but without expertise may lead to damaging your teeth.

To treat a sensitive tooth, one must use a toothpaste designed especially for teeth sensitivity. Be sure to use a soft toothbrush and do not brush teeth horizontally. Avoid foods that are too hot, too cold and too sweet.

there's no cure for enamel loss which is normal with age. There are sealants available but dentists will only use them on children. You can try a toothpaste called enamel on and also avoid anything acidic like citrus, soda etc like the plague
