You can't. Facebook has those records. You will need a court order to get them to hand it over. Good luck and use a better password.

While in your Facebook account go to the top left corner and click on the button that looks like a bunch of horizontal lines. Once you click on that a drop screen appears. Scroll down until you see Account. Click that. It will ask you if you are sure you want to log out. Say confirm and then you are logged out.
