On the blue toolbar, "question history" will show all of the changes made to an answer.
By clicking on the Question history in the Question tools, a Contributor can see all the edits to an answer to a given question. The current answer might not have all those answers, but each one can be reviewed individually by going back through the Question history.

When you click on the "Question history" (in the blue column on the left-hand side of your screen), you will see the entire history of this question - when/who asked it, and all edit made to the question, including answers, improvements, categorization, etc.
There isn't one person who answers ALL the questions about Tokio Hotel, but Alyssa, aka, 22Chika22, does answer a lot of them. You can see a history of all the contributors in the Tokio Hotel category by finding the Tokio Hotel category, and you can see who answers the most, who edits, who supervises, etc...
There is no single writer for Answers. Answers is a wiki site, meaning that many people contribute, and often, multiple people contribute to the same Answers. If it is an expert answer, the writer should show, but for the community answer, if you don't see the author's handle listed, you can check the history.
You can see edits to questions and answers in the 'Question history' which you can access from the Tools menu - the blue sidebar - to the left.
One way would be to ask the question here at WikiAnswers. Many, many people will see your question and certainly one of them will be able to answer it.
