Sadly, I don't think you can. When it says restricted, a person probably entered *69 before your phone number when calling you, which prevents you from being able to see his or her phone number. Most people do this for prank calls.
*67 and then enter the number.
It means that there is no caller ID from a call you got on your cell.
*67 (or equivalently 1167) will block your Caller ID on a per-call basis. *82 (or equivalently 1182) will unblock your Caller ID on a per-call basis.
trace the call...
Well, if you *67 a call it will not show the caller ID on the receiving end of the call, but if your talking about something else then I'm helpless to you.To *67 a call is to simply type *67 before the number. The caller ID shows up as 'restricted' on the receiver's phone if it has called ID enabled. I highly recommend NOT to type *67911 as a joke or even in a real emergency!
Caller ID allows the receive of telephone calls to determine who is telephoning them before they answer the call .This in turn allows the user to decide whether or not they wish to answer the call. There are no notable differences between caller ID and BT caller ID other than the BT service is included in the BT Privacy at Home package.

call *81 and it will..........
*67 will make your call anonymous (your caller ID information will not show up on the recipient's caller ID) on a per-call basis.
You may have to call your telephone provider and add their name to a list to be able to accept calls from this particular person.Answerruntdog was right, your friends number must have been included in the unwanted call list. Your provider can help you pre set the list of contacts in your caller ID.
This phone system only allows users to see the caller id information from the phone itself and no caller id info is displayed on the charging station.
the restricted call does not show the number calling at all. The no ID call is a call not restricted but also not registered in your cell phone so the number shows but the name does not.
Yes, this phone is caller-ID ready and has visual call waiting on the LCD screen.
