first you need to get land on cheap purchase or rent in less populated areas but should not so far from Karachi city because than logistic cost will increase and ultimatly production cost will effected. After getting land you need to build proper place for chickens mean cottage or rooms. You can get important stuff for instance eggs, feed, vacination in Karachi market. It not really difficult but need some research. My suggession is to go yourself to buyers ask them different question through which you can learn so many things your self.
