Provide them with toys. Beleive it or not, an empty coke can with a pebble in it (tape the hole so it won't come out after you remove the tab) on a kitchen floor will keep them entertained for hours. (My bunnies favorite) Balls and other cat chew toys are also entertaining.

∙ 13y agoThe easiest way to keep a rabbit entertained is to leave out some paper for them to chew. Rabbits love to chew and paper is a much better alternative to your carpet. And remember to always play with your rabbit! Chase it around and give it kisses.
The ink print on paper is bad for rabbits and if they ingest enough could even be poisonous! You can get your rabbit some toys that will keep him entertained. Any HARD cat toy, like the plastic balls with the jingle bell inside, are appropriate for a rabbit. A pop can with the tab pulled off and several pebbles inside with tape over the hole will keep them entertained for a long time. (Just be sure you watch for sharp edges, if they pounce on it enough times they may start to bend it. Just replace it with a new one.) you could hide little treats around for him to find. (bundles of straw or grass.)
