If your lifters are sticking you can try some oil additive like Marvel Mystery oil Marvel Mystery oil has been around for a long time and it works pritty good.
First find the source of the rattle then determine what steps to take to stop it.
Power steering pumps are self bleeding, fill the reservoir, start the engine and turn the sterring wheel from stop to stop. Add fluid to correct level.
Maybe its the dashboard if the rattle is inside. I hear the same rattle when I hit a bump.
