No it cannot, unless you give your information away to somebody else. You might be doing this without even noticing by being tricked.

Never give away personal information and never be fooled by a fake message/email, as Microsoft will never ask you for your personal information (that's a sign it's a fake).

Yes, I would recommend contacting Microsoft's Xbox Live customer support, the team should be able to obtain it back from there. I'm going to imagine the person who hacked it will also have some legal action taken against him.

Make sure the password you use for your Windows Live ID is secure, but easy to remember, and use an Xbox LIVE Pass Code.

To set an Xbox LIVE Pass Code:

1. Go to the Xbox Dasboard

2. In the My Xbox screen, select your Gamercard

4. Select "Xbox LIVE Pass Code"

5. Follow the prompts
