A few crucial elements to successful cross dressing: tape, bra stuffing and a wig. Tape is for the crotch; smooth down the area, otherwise you'll give yourself away. Wear a bra and stuff it convincingly; too big and it will be suspicious. A wig will definitely help. The more real it looks, the better. First accept that you are male and will have a male's body - unless you are Transsexual and this doesn't apply to you. Anyways, there are now all sorts of help available for CDs; realistic breast forms {silicone and other}, hip and booty forms {I know a gorgeous drag queen who uses couch cushions - they hold the shape and last a LONG while}, and tucking depends on what you are wearing - 1 pair of hose in a skirt? yep tuck, 3 pair hose plus shapers and ... no you've already got it covered.

One of the things that has come out lately is a new idea of passing: you don't look like the 'perfect' genetic female because they don't exist; it's now looking nice enough that you don't attract attention.
