In the first Kingdom Hearts, Riku's keyblade is not usable.Riku uses many keyblades throughout Kingdom Hearts 2. He is first seen with the Soul Eater Keyblade, which cannot be obtained. He is then seen with the OblivionKeyblade, which he gives to you at The World That Never Was, right before entering the castle. The last keyblade he is seen with is the Way To The Dawn Keyblade, which also cannot be obtained.
You have to lvl up forms/summons to highest lvl.

Valor Wisdom Master Final Anti-Sora
You just hit him with your keyblade and collect the orbs it drops. Once the orb ball bar is full, you use a reaction command to paralize it for a limit of time. Once u freeze it start whackin it wth ur keyblade sum more. repeat this process and u should beat"m. ( I would advise using your forms to beat him too)
You riku Donal or Goofy Must defeat Xemnas and his forms!
These are all drive forms, listed in order:Valor FormWisdom FormAnti Form (not accessible by choice)Master FormFinal Form-There is a special form called Limit Form, unlockable only in Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix+.
If you are talking about Drive Forms, then Sora has Valor, Wisdom, Master, Anti, Normal, and Final Form, which equals up to 6 forms.
I think Kingdom Hearts 2 is better, because you will probably understand what the storyline is, you get forms which allow you to become a bit stronger, enjoy the characters in every world and if you die in any boss battles you may play as Mickey and and choose to hurt the boss or revive Sora!
The human forms of Organization XIII's members appear in Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep for the PSP.
