To take a picture of a celebrity on dPals, you need to find out where they are on the map and then click on the bigger characters. Some of the bigger characters are just decorations. As I was saying, click on the bigger characters and try to get that celebrity into the green circle. Click on the take photo button on the bottom of the screen and there is your picture of a celebrity! To look at the pictures, click on albums on the dPhone and scroll down to the bottom option then click on that.
