Zorua is currently not available in any game and never will be available in Platinum, due to the fact that it was released after Platinum was programmed. You'll just have to get the next Pokemon game (Not HeartGold or SoulSilver, whatever comes after those most likely, not yet revealed) and it will likely contain Zorua. Also, you can't even trade Zorua to Platinum because again, it is not in Platinum's programming code, as well as the fact that it isn't available in any other game that has even been revealed!
You need to take the event Celebi to the GameFreak building in Castelia city. The little boy will turn into Zorua and join your party. If you have one of the event dogs, you can take it to Lostlorn forest and a 'woman' will attack you. You will battle her and find out it is a Zoroark. Catch it and breed it to get Zorua.
You evolve it from Zorua who is from a Nintendo event.~WRONG. You don't just get it from evolving Zorua, nor is Zorua from an event! You get Zorua in Castelia City, after you find the scientist who made the Relocator machine. Once you have the Relocator you can transfer the Gamestop Celebi from Pokemon Pearl/Diam/Plat or HG/SS to Black or White. With Celebi in your party, when you go into one of the buildings it will trigger an event. Zorua pops out & the person who was fighting him lets you take him. You do not have to trade Celebi for it; you keep both.To get Zoroark, you must have one of the 3 shiny "dog" event Pokemon, like the shiny Suicune that is being given out free over Nintendo WiFi as a gift. You must transfer either Suicune, Raikou or Entei (only the English shiny event ones work on the English version of the games) over to Black/White using the Relocator, once again. With one of them in your party, you will run into Zoroark for a battle in Lostlorn Forest, but because it's a shapeshifter Pokemon it will appear as either Suicune, Entei or Raikou (the one you run into depends on which one you have with you). Once you capture it, however, you will see that it's a Zoroark. It's true that Zorua will evolve into Zoroark @ lvl.30, however, since you have the opportunity to get both under different circumstances, I would give Zorua an Everstone and keep it a Zorua. No point in having two Zoroarks, unless you want to, of course.Japanese Pokemon will not trigger the events in the English version of the game; the Japanese event Pokemon only work on the Japanese version of Black/Whtie. The events can only be accessed ONCE.
you can't
Get a Zorua. to do this, you must have a fateful Encounter Celebi in your party. then talk to the girl in Castelia City which gives you seen data for Zorua. (Just go around the city, it won't take long.) to get a fateful encounter Celebi.
if you mean zorua then you're supposed to transfer celebi from heartgold and soulsilver then take celebi to castelia city and go to where the silent child is. it turns out that the silent kid is a level 10 zorua with the moves: Scratch Fake tears Leer Pursuit By the way zorua evolves into zoroark at level 30 in case u didnt know
Take it to the museum in Nacrene City
You take it to the Pokemon Lab on Cinnabar Island, a scientist there will make it into a Aerodactyl.
When the game first came out, there was a special wi-fi event for a Celebi in Pokemon HeartGold or SoulSilver. You can trade it to Black and White. It has already ended. You could trade with a friend who has it, or you can take an Entei, Suicune, or Raikou to Lostlorn Forest, I think. There is a lady who is usually silent, but then she attacks you and poof, you have a (so I was told) Zoroark, which you can breed to get a Zorua. :D
please take chack for tm in pokemon leaf green

Once Zorua or Zoroark takes a lot of damage [about 25 % max HP] the Illusion wears off
