The thermal energy can be measured with a thermometer, if that's what you're asking.
name two types of vaporization. tell how they are similar and how they are different
Something is conducting thermal energy if it is hot or cold to touch. Heat is thermal energy and heat can be felt by either the feeling of cold, or hot.
The glass is so thin so it can tell the tempature. If the glass were thicker, the thermomiter would be wrong.
okay so the energy pathway is: chemical energy----> visible light energy and how that happens is when two (or more) chemicals mix that causes a chemical reaction. The chemical reaction releases chemical energy, so instead of it the chemical energy releasing too much heat, the energy is used for light instead. So basically Chemiluminescence is the process in which chemical energy produced by a chemical reaction is transformed into light energy.
You tell me then i'll tell you
If you put a thermometer in each glass the one that reads the highest temperature has the most thermal energy
You would need to calculate, or estimate, the thermal energy.
How you can tell is the temperature between the two liquids. If one of the liquid's temperature is warmer than the other one, then that liquid has more thermal energy.

If the glasses of water are the same size and shape and contain the same amount of water then you can just measure the temperature because thermal energy is heat. However, if you different amounts of water in each glass then there will be math involve. (sorry I can't remember the formula but it will have to do with temperature and volume)
* white vinigar is the best to use sinse it has less fibres. * white vinigar is the best to use sinse it has less fibres.

you people are crazy I am the queen daughter why are you doing that tell me the answer or ill shut down this site forever OKAY
You can tell if has thermal energy by its temperature, and you can tell if it has kinetic energy because it is moving. But you can't easily tell what materials will release chemical energy or nuclear energy, without doing scientific tests on them.
