All ladybug species are different..... So, it's hard to say how old they are. The rumor that you can tell how old they are by the spots on one wing, or both wings, is a myth. Unless you raise ladybugs, (as if!) you may never know how old a ladybug is. Does that answer your question?
No
It has been a long-time myth that the ladybugโs spots tell their age. But the truth is, it is not true. The ladybugโs spot tells the species of ladybugs and not their age. Ladybugs live for just about a year, so it doesnโt make sense that if they have thirteen spots, they are thirteen years old.
By how many spots it has on it body. If it has none than it isn't a year old yet!
By Looking At Their Butts

They loose there color
by there spots
you see if it has a wiener

U count the dots on them.
Most of the time the dots or spots on a ladybug prove how old the bug is.
The male is smaller and doesn't have any spots. Te female is bigger and has spots.
