You cant always tell with girls, u need to observe whats she is like with her boyfriend that may help. If u like her then i think u should just tell her ur feelings about her. And if she feels the same way then there you go! okay well first of all you have to notice or remember if she had signs she like you before she had a boyfriend. if she flirted with you or talked to you about personnel stuff like wher you cam from and yeah then she was interested.

Pay Attention to the way that she treats him and the way she treats you. if you talk to her and flirt with her then that's okay. but if she decides to kiss while having a boyfriend. be a gentlemen.
