If the funds haven't been spent then the MoneyPak will have the funds that were loaded on to the card on it. For security, Green Dot does not provide the balance on the MoneyPak. MoneyPaks are charged a fee after 13 months, the website says, A $4.95 monthly fee will be applied at the beginning of the 13th month after purchase, except where prohibited by law.

Been doing it since paypal required verification. Also, you can just use the option to withdraw to bank account by adding the direct deposit key for your greendot. Just make sure you don't make giant withdrawls and they won't care.
