Look for a scrotum sac at the rear end of the pig, almost beyond between the hind legs but more on the bottom part of the rear. Adjoining to the scrotum sac is a sheath that is about an inch (2.5 cm) long between the rear legs, where the penis is. If there is none of the above on your pig (which is from a male pig) and you see tiny little "points" along the belly were the sheath should be, your pig will be female. Externally, this is the best way to determine whether your fetal pig is male or female. Internally, it's much more difficult to determine because you have to fish through all the intestines and kidneys and what-not to see if there is a small uterus with tiny ovaries attached, or not.
