Be calm about it although I know you probably aren't if you really love this guy but if you freak out then your boyfriend will too and you'll probably break up. Try to sort out what is wrong in the relationship before telling him though so you're not stuck when you talk to him about it. If he's feeling the same way, then it'll be easier for you two. Just try not to get mad either way.
