Exophoria is a tendency for the eyes of a person to gravitate outward. It is benign in that it will not effect the health of a person.
I would suggest you go to the doctors to get it checked out for whether it is cancerous or not, if it is benign then you may request a surgery for removal.

There is no way for an individual to tell the difference between a benign and malignant cancer. A biopsy will have to be taken by a doctor and then sent off to the lab to determine what it is and if it is cancerous.
